HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 – Pick your package!
In the packages, you can find all the details on what is included in each package. There is no rush, take your time to select a package that best suits your needs. However, please ensure picnics are booked 10 days in advance. We will do the best we can to accommodate your needs, as every occasion is unique!
STEP 2 – Customize your Picnic!
Every picnic is unique, so make your picnic even more memorable by customizing every detail. You can go to our additional services tab for more information. You can add everything from a fresh bouquet of flowers, Paint & Sip experience, photography session, or a musician to play for you and your loved ones.
STEP 3 – Book your Experience!
Once you’ve selected your picnic package and customized it to meet your needs. Click the booking tab and fill out the request form. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you need immediate assistance you can email at info@seasonspicnics.com. All picnics require full payment 7 days prior to reservation. If you fail to complete payment on time your reservation will be cancelled.
STEP 4 – Get Ready & Have fun!
You will receive an email/text the day before your picnic to confirm your reservation and location. We will send you a drop pin location to the contact number you provided. We will greet you at the start of your picnic and will arrive at the end of your picnic reservation. If you MUST leave early, please contact us directly at the phone number provided to you at the time of booking. Please do not leave items unattended until we arrive in person.

- 3.5hr MIN – 6hr MAX
- All guests must arrive on time and leave according to scheduled end time of event.
- Custom menu options are available for additional cost
